Claudia Bußjaeger
Producer & Co-Founder
Claudia Bußjaeger is a producer and one of the early voices advocating for AI in visual communication. After positions as an art buyer, FFF producer, producer for advertising and fashion, and head of a film post-production department, she brought numerous national and international campaigns to life. With yesweprompt, the world’s first AI representation agency, she deepened her expertise in AI-based image development.
At studio-aimotion, Claudia is responsible for project management, team assembly, and production coordination — with the ambition to efficiently bring together creative vision, artists, and clients.
Cadmo Quintero
Creative Lead & Co-Founder
Cadmo Quintero is a Colombian-German director with a strong cinematic eye and a refined sense for emotion. After studying at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, he directed campaigns for brands such as Lufthansa, Deutsche Bahn, Vodafone, Movistar, Rewe, eBay, O2, A1 Telekom, Opel, Smart, Ford, Kia, Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche, as well as projects with the German national football team and Real Madrid.
Since creating his first AI trailer in 2023, he has been working intensively with generative technologies.
At studio-aimotion, Cadmo oversees the creative output, visual language, and artistic quality — guiding artists throughout the entire process as a creative supervisor.
